Our office was left stranded without any communications (no phones no internet connections...) And little of anything that resembled an explanation... The only reason we knew something was wrong was because one of the IT boys has his Blackberry setup on a London server so his blackberry was working. In this regards there were choices. Sovintel promised the best offer and service so they were choosen. To make a long, sad, frustrating story short, this project was not completed until May of 07.
